John C. Planer, age 60 of Lincoln passed away February 21, 2014. He was born December 15, 1953 in Lincoln to George and Irene (Timm) Planer.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Wyuka Cemetery. Family and friends will gather inside the “O” street gate prior to 10:50 A.M. Pastor Mark Ebert officiating.

I will always have fond memories of John. I remember going over to the Planer house and spending time with John and Terry. They were a good time! John was always kind to me and he treated me with repect. I am sorry his life was cut short. He was a good person!

So sorry about John’s passing. I will always remember our time growing up as neighbors to George and Irene. Sis and I would go over to their house and play for hours with John and Terry. We had good times. May God carry you through this time of sorrow. You’ll be in our thoughts and prayers.
