  1. Kathy was not only a very dear friend, but she was like the sister I never had. We could talk for hours about little of nothing and yet everything, as well as laugh over the littlest things.
When I moved into the townhouse just up the block from her, Kathy along with a couple of other friends, came to help me unpack the kitchen that Saturday. We had the best time-largely due to Kathy. As we were unpacking we would come across some gadget or something that Kathy at first very innocently said, ‘Oh, I used to have one of those.’ Then ‘oh, but Kevin threw it out when I moved over to my townhouse’. She said it as if just realizing she was missing it. We all just started laughing and she as well realizing what she said as well as how she sounded (so sad). As the day wore on, we had more laughs as she found more things that she used to have that Kevin threw out when she moved. I asked her if she thought Kevin would hire out to go through my house (I’m still trying to go through it after all these years). What a great day we had and a lot of good laughter.
I can not imagine the world without her in it.

  2. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to the Morgan family. May those precious memories of your dear loved one Kathleen be foremost in your hearts and minds along with this wonderful promise that Jesus made at John 5:28.29. Again, my sincere condolences.

  3. I had the pleasure of working with Kathy, as well as being one of her next door neighbors in our group of “cubbies”. She was always upbeat, and the worst thing I ever heard her say when things went wrong was “Well, isn’t that “peachy”!. Such a sweet lady! Rest in peace, Kathy.

  4. My sympathy goes out to all the family and special loved ones of Kathy. I went to Lincoln High School with Kathy and late met at our jobs at the Contractor. I enjoyed working with your Mother and know she loved all of you very much. God bless all of you.

  5. I will truly miss my dear friend Kathy. We had many many years of raising our kids together and those great Wednesday morning coffees. She was such a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I will keep her in my prayers today and always.
