She was born on February 15, 1944 in Walla Walla, Washington to Joseph Albert and Opal (Albritton) Kissinger. She worked as a document service clerk at Nelnet. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. |

Elaine is survived by her nieces, Julie and David Miller of Omaha; Rose Mary Hayes of Ashland, Kentucky; nephews, Steven Kissinger of Omaha; Bill Hayes of Middlesboro, Kentucky; Gordon Hayes of Ashland, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Albert Lowell Kissinger; Richard Dean Kissinger, Wayne Kissinger; sister, Opal Kissinger. |
