Carol Elaine Brown, 80, of Lincoln, passed away July 9, 2018. She was born December 24, 1937 to Harvey and Mamie (Boggs) McDonald. Lifelong Lincoln resident, graduated of Lincoln High, she retired after 32 years as a receptionist at Health and Human Services. Carol had a passion for her family and was a mother to many.

She is survived by her children, David Brown and Lori Buechel. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bill McDonald; sisters, Lynn Botsford and Mary Berniklau.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Wyuka Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alzheimer’s Association of America.
