Ray was very special to many of us who gathered in South Padre Island for the winter. At sunset he always asked if we’d heard the sizzle when the sun hit the water. I remember how his face lit up when I told him I’d love to see the photos of his old cars. He was back with those photos in a flash. He is a dear man who is missed.

I am so very sorry to hear this, Ray was an amazing friend of my family. My prayers to all. He is with Charlotte.? They were the most loving people I have ever known. Miss them and love them dearly. May you rest in peace. Heaven gained another Angel?

Ray was such a great man. I really enjoyed my time with him on Sunday nights. He loved to tell stories and loved the history channel, sometimes he could tell you what happened because he lived through it. He had a big heart and a loving soul and will be missed by many. May he rest in peace forever.

I was sad to hear of Ray’s passing, he was such a joy to take care of. He could tell all sorts of stories. Once in awhile he would have to stop and gather his thoughts but that only made the story better. He had a kind heart and a loving soul my he rest in peace forever.
