Virginia was born to Orville and Margaret Roe in Scotia, NE. She married Harold Suesz in 1949 and celebrated 60 years of marriage. She enjoyed her work at the Nebraska State Historical Museum until her retirement.
She is survived by children and spouses, Mike and Peggy Suesz, Kathy and Dave Bomberger, Gary Suesz and Helen Hurt, Steve Suesz and Jeanie; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and daughters-in-law, Deb Suesz and Roxanne Suesz. Her family will hold a private graveside service in celebration of Virginia’s life.
Virginia was a wonderful co-worker at the Historical Society. i really enjoyed working with her creating historic documents by microfilming newspapers and so much more. I missed her when she retired. So sorry for your loss.
