Barbara Ann Frank, 88, of Lincoln, entered her Heavenly Home on January 31, 2024. She was born in Omaha, NE to Elmer and Geneva Toman on August 19, 1935. Barbara was a hairdresser in her early adulthood when she found and married the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Frank. She later discovered that her dream job was working in Special Education and did this for the majority of her life.

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Jane (Philip) Dani, Julie (David) Valencia; grandchildren, Bethany (Phillip) Rarig, and Brandy (Stefan) Sova; and 4 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob; and her two dogs, Rudy and Gus.
