Linda S. Smith, 69, of Lincoln, NE, passed away May 2, 2024. She was born September 2, 1954, in Guide Rock, NE to Donald and Beverly Jones.

Linda’s legacy is one of boundless generosity and love. She found joy in helping others and had a special talent for making her family feel cherished. Crafting, thrifting, crocheting, and sewing were among her passions, reflecting her creative spirit and zest for life.

Though she may be gone, Linda’s kindness and warmth will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her children, Joseph Wieck, Kama Hilerio, Kushana Hutchinson, and Kareisha Hutchinson; grandchildren, Trentin, Jazmyn, Jacquelyn, Azavier, Ashton, Aaron, Kado, Jaiden, Bryannah Hutchinson and Jordan Hutchinson; great-grandchildren, Ariah, Aziaya, Aniyjah, Isaias, and Adonis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Jeff Smith.

Memorial Service will be at at 10:30AM, Monday, May 13, 2024, at Wyuka Funeral Home, Lincoln. Inurnment at Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln.

Memorials may be donated to the family for future designation.
