Tricia Lynne Griggs age 61 of Lincoln, Nebraska died on Thursday, August 4, 2011 in Lincoln. She was born on March 17, 1950 in Russellville, Alabama to James C. and Lucy (Justice) Bozeman. She married Phillip Griggs, Sr., on July 19, 1980. Tricia worked in sales for Jones Oil and Rockport Oil for 15 years.
Tricia is survived by her husband, Phillip Griggs, Sr., of Lincoln; her son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Anna Griggs, Jr., of Utica, Nebraska; her son, Chris Griggs of Utica; 7 grandchildren; her aunt and uncle, Leo and Sue Heaps of Hickman. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jerry Bozeman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
She was a very sweet and wonderful woman. Whatever nice words in the dictionary that was Tricia. I met her playing poker at Sun Valley. She was fun to play with and to just sit and talk with. Her family was very important to her. She will be missed very much RIP Tricia we love you very much.
We will miss your smile and your joy Aunt Trish. RIP, away from all the pain. Love you Uncle Phil.
