Jacquelen Ann Thomas age 79 of Lincoln, Nebraska died on Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Crestview Care Center in Milford.  She was born on September 15, 1932 in Lincoln to Jacob and Anna (Dellos) Schleiger.  She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1950.  On October 27, 1956 Jacquelen married Clarence Thomas.  She worked as a secretary for the FAA and retired after 8 years. 

Jacquelen is survived by her husband, Clarence of Lincoln; son and spouse, Claren Jay and Lori Thomas of Katy, Texas; daughters and spouses, Stacia and Daniel Blair of Lincoln; Kelyn and Ken Watson of Lincoln; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Kenneth Schleiger and a grandson, Claren J. Thomas, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29th, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Watson officiating.

Burial will be in Wyuka Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or to the family for later designation.
