Gladys Lorraine Kubik age 82 died on November 1, 2012 at her daughters home in Carlsbad, California. She was born in Weston, Nebraska to Andrew F. and Marie Zetocka.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.
Interment of cremains will be in Wyuka Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
