Kenneth J. Hebert age 89 of Lincoln, Nebraska died on Friday, November 9, 2012 in Lincoln. He was born on November 3, 1923 in Electra, Texas to Gaston and Eugenie Marie (Chaisson) Hebert.
He served in the US Army and the US Marine Corp. He worked as a welder in Louisiana for almost 40 years.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Wyuka Cemetey on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
Burial will be in Wyuka Cemetery.
All of us on South 38th Street will miss “Paw Paw.” We will always remember how he loved sitting outside in the warm sunshine. Carmen and her family were the love of his life. He is in Heaven now eating all of his favorite Cajun foods and enjoying a big bowl of ice cream! We are blessed to have known him!
