Mary Shamburg Johnson, Fairbury
I am so sorry to hear that Linda has passed on. My thoughts and prayers are with Linda’s family at this very sad time. Linda was my first childhood friend from West Ward school. Her house was my first to get to go to after school to play. I have always remembered that.

Our sincere sympathies to Don and family.
My sympathy to Don and family.
To the Sand family go my sincerest condolences. I did not know Linda more than just a few brief meetings as Don was my first 1st Sergeant in the military. They say that beside every good man is a good woman and Don is a great man and from my brief meetings it was obvious that Linda was a great wife and mother. My prayers are with you in dealing with this difficult time.

Marge, Jim and families,
I was so sad when I heard of Linda’s passing. I will always remember all the fun we had together as kids and as fellow carhops at the Sweden Crème. I cherish the memories of recent visits with her. She was a wonderful gal who will be greatly missed. I am thinking of you all and remembering you in my prayers. God bless. – Carol Cacak Allen
