Robert M. Frame

FrameRobert M. Frame age 80 of Lincoln, passed away February 22, 2015 at the Eastern Nebraska Veteran’s Home.  He was born December 30, 1934 in Price, Utah to Vernee and Virgie (Mulliner) Frame.  Robert served with the 113th Tactical Fighter Wing of the U.S. Air Force, and was called up for the “Berlin Crisis” in 1961.  Robert received his A.S. degree in 1954 and his B.A. degree in 1959 before serving his country.  After his service, Robert received his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.  For over 35 years, he worked in the Human and Organizational Development and Change business.  Robert served as the Civil Service Commissioner for Ventura County, California from 1965-1969 and in 1974 was named the “Organization Development Practioner of the Year”.  He also authored a book about “Organizational Development”.

He is survived by his wife, Joy Frame of Lincoln; sons and daughter-in-law, David Frame of Highlands, Utah; Robert and Rachel Frame of Cady, Texas.  Daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Dave Staker of Highlands, Utah.  2 granddaughters and 6 grandsons.  Step children, Jane and Joe Ouellette, Jeff and Jolene Rodzielski all of Lincoln.  2 step grandchildren.  Brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Donna Frame of American Fork, Utah.  Sister, Patricia Quarnberg of Green River, Utah. Sister-in-law, Sue Frame of Orem, Utah.  Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gerald Frame.

Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 640 N. 56th, Lincoln on Wednesday, February 25th at 3:00 P.M.  Burial with military rites will be at Wyuka Cemetery.

  2. Joy, I am so sorry to hear about Bob’s death. I will always remember when my mom was in her final days, I came in to be with her and found Bob sitting with her quietly reading the scriptures to her. She was enjoying the sound of his voice and was so peaceful. I’m sorry that I couldn’t be there today. My love and prayers are with you and your family. Helen Burch
