Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m. on Sat., Oct. 17 at Fellowship Community Church, 8601 Holdrege St., Lincoln. Graveside Service with military honors to follow at Wyuka Cemetery, 3600 “O” Street, Lincoln.

Brian Foster, 42, resident of St. Joseph, Mo. formerly of Jonesboro, Ark., and Lincoln, NE, passed away July 2, 2015 in Rio Turbio, Argentina. Brian was born December 28, 1972, in Lincoln to the late Rose (Rengo) Webber and Richard Willis Foster (Sherril)) of Overland Park, Kan. He was raised in Lincoln by his mother and step-father, Duke Manley. Brian graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School and then served six years in the United States Navy. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in industrial engineering and was employed and traveled worldwide for 14 years as a senior combustion systems engineer with John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, of Koch Industries.
Brian is survived by his wife of 20 years, Charlotte; sons, Steven McFarlin of Little Rock, Ark. and Shane (Conner) McFarlin of St. Joseph; step father, Duke (Renee) Manley; biological father Richard (Sherril) Foster; sister, Britt (Shawn) Reynolds; brothers, Ralph (Krista) Manley and Jarrod (Ellen) Foster and Jason Foster; step sisters Jennifer (Tony) Buda, Jada Witherspoon, Jessarae (Doug) Drevo; cousin, Teresa (Grant) Richards; maternal grandparents, Al and Lois Rengo; and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
