Lowell R. Campbell age 76 of Lincoln passed away May 2, 2018. He was born March 11, 1942 in Saunders County, Nebraska to Edward and Irene (Hauschild) Campbell.
Survivors, son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Lanee Campbell, their son, Dalton all of Lincoln. son and daughter-in-law, James, his wife and two children all of LaVista, Nebraska. Brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Karen Campbell of Ashland, sisters and brother-in-law, Phyllis Johnson of Lincoln, Norma and Ryland Giles of Ceresco. Nieces, nephews and step sisters. Preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Wyuka Funeral Home.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, May 4, 2018 from 2:00-8:00 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
Memorials to the family for a later designation.
Bob was and will always be my VERY good friend. He taught me the importance of giving back. He was the most selfless person I know. He always did nice things for everyone else but never asked for anything in return. He will be sadly missed.
Heaven has just gotten that much richer. I thank the Lord that I had Bob in my life. I consider myself so very lucky.
