  4. Marilyn was one of the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. We could tell how much she loved her family and how much they loved her. We miss those conversations we used to have with her, about her kids and grandkids. The neighborhood has lost another good friend.

  5. We lost you two months ago today, and it still feels like it just happened… Although your service was one of the hardest things I have ever had to experience, it was beautiful and I know you would’ve loved it!

Halloween is coming up, I know how much you loved it. I’m hoping we can still carry on your tradition this year. Wherever you are, please check in on me. I need you.

  8. We lost you almost 2 years ago, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. There has been so many times that I’ve caught myself thinking or saying, “I wish grandma was here”. Things have been continuously hard for me, but I keep trying to remember that I come from a line of strong women! I love you grandma.
