Betty Ann Kadavy (Rohleder)
Passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 24. 2021. Born in Victoria, KS, February 16, 1932; to Alois Rohleder and Anna Marie Rohleder (Dreiling). Raised in Hays, KS with her five brothers: Alvin, William, Robert, Melvin and Edward. Graduated from Sir Thomas More Prep School.
Married Victor George Kadavy on April 23, 1960. From this marriage, they were blessed with three daughters: Vickie, Peggy and Amy
Member: Altar Society of the VFW, Post 9076, Hays, KS. Avid bowler, Big fan of the Chicago White Sox, Husker football and Lincoln Saltdogs baseball. Thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren and all their activities. Enjoyed games of chance and the annual birthday trip to Fonner Park for a day at the races.
Preceded in death by Parents, Brothers/spouses and Husband Victor, Brothers and Sisters-in-law, and spouses.
Survivors include: Daughters and spouses, Vickie Lockhart (Rick), Peggy Gustafson (Marc) and Amy Spoerl. Grandchildren and Spouses, Victor Dixon (Jamie), Michael Spoerl (Stephanie), Atley Prai (Taylor), and Gracelyn Gustafson. Great Grandchildren, Adalyn Spoerl and Victor Dixon Jr. Brother-in-law, Paul Kadavy. Numerous loving and caring nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services for family members start at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 30th, Wyuka Cemetery, with a coffee following at the Wyuka Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials to Sacred Heart Church or Lancaster Rehabilitation Center
