Connie R. Yawn entered into heaven on December 15, 2012 after a long courageous battle with cancer, she was born on November 30, 1939.
 
She was survived by sons Steve and Todd Yawn, daughter Tammy Yawn, all of Lincoln. Grandchildren Ashley Yawn, Jonas Sandifer, Dillon Yawn, and Nicolas Roan all of Lincoln.  Brothers Galen(Loretta) Workman and Lary Workman of Lincoln. Sisters Rose(Melvin) Kiene, Patricia(Eugene) Meyer, Janice Hughes, Waunita(Mike) Gropp, and Janet Workman. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Preceded in death by Glenn and Arlene Workman, husband Eugene, daughter Sondra, son Stacy , brothers Don, Robert,  Gary,  Jerry and Calvin Workman, sister Hazel Ernst.
 
Services will be Wednesday December 19,  2012 at 10:30am at Wyuka Funeral Home. Viewing will be prior to the services from 9am to 10:30am, also at Wyuka.
