Esther A. Bouslaugh, 90, of Lincoln, passed away January 18, 2018. Born January 6, 1928, in Percivial, IA, to John and Cora (Moyer) Ray.
Esther worked at Rotella’s Bakery for 6 years. She moved to Blair, NE in 1969. She also, worked at Dana College for 24 years. Retired in 1993 to take care of her grandkids, her mother and brother. She moved to Lincoln 14 years ago and worked with Sue at Parks and Rec. assisting handy capped adults with ceramics.
Survived by daughters; Nadine Sue (George) Ball, Lincoln, Coralea (Joel) Kontrous, Fremont, Mary (Jim) Lottman, Fremont, son; Joe (Cindy) Bouslaugh, Fremont sister; Donna Jones, Omaha, sister-in-law, Rose Ray, Omaha, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Esther is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Gearld, Dick and Terry Ray, grandson, Mike Bouslaugh and lots of special friends.
Visitation on Monday, January 22, 2018, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m, at Wyuka Funeral Home, Lincoln. Funeral service on Monday, January 22, 2018, 11:00 a.m., at Wyuak Funeral Chapel, Lincoln. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Lincoln. Memorials to daughter, (Nadine Ball) for further designation.
