Frank L. Taylor, 89, of Lincoln passed away January 1, 2018. Born in Lewellen, NE on April 27, 1929 . Parents were Frank and Kate Taylor. Graduated from Lewellen High in 1946. Graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1951 and received his Master’s Degree from Northwestern University and taught at the University of Wisconsin. Frank served two years in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran in Milwaukee. Upon his retirement in 2000, he moved to Lincoln to be near his brother Bob and family.
Survived by his brother Bob and wife Beverly and nieces Karen Bowling and family, Linda Nettleton and family both of Lincoln, Jane Williams and family of Salt Lake City and nephew Tom Taylor and family of Omaha. Preceded in death by parents and sisters Marge and Blanche. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
