Fred W. Briggs age 86 of Lincoln passed away July 27, 2023.  He was born December 26, 1936 in Lincoln to Frederick C. and Roberta (Labbe) Briggs.  Fred was a graduate of Lincoln High School, a U.S. Navy veteran and was employed with the City of Lincoln as an assistant advisor to the Mayor.

He is survived by his children, Fred Briggs Jr., Lee Briggs and his daughter Shelley Moore.
