My deepest sympathy to your family. Julie and I worked together at NEMA and she always cared for all the emergency managers. Julie talked about her family and how much they meant to her. I enjoyed working with her and learned a lot from her. May she rest in peace

I worked with Julie as a local Emergency Manager. She was my toughest adversary and my biggest fan. And I was hers as well. Every time I spoke to her, no matter how stressful the situation, she always made time to talk to me. I don’t think I ever had a conversation with her that didn’t have some kind of laughter involved.
