Everything I have, I give credit to Skip!!! He was a hard guy for me to figure out as a boss, but he put up with me and had my back. He always had faith in his his workers and managed his men and women well. We all respected him. He was the kind of boss and manager you strived to please and alway respected.
I will never forget the proud feeling I had to finally see Skip and Tonda at a rodeo in Gothenburg. Skip had asked me where they might see a rodeo, as they were touring the sandhills, I mentioned my daughter and I were entered in Gothenburg’s Rodeo in a week. Tonda and Skip were there, Wow!!! My eyes teared up to see them there!!!! God Bless, will alway remember my boss, Mr. Westmoreland!!!!!!

I looked forward every summer to travel from Arkansas to see them. Skip was such a sweet and loving man and will be greatly missed by all. I’ll remember my first meeting when he was involved with sales in the 1960’s, then QC, and I’ll remember the humorous talks he gave along with Hank Greene over the years.
