She & her husband Floyd were such good neighbors to my parents, Neil & Marie Rowland, for over 40 years. The neighborhood is changing now that the Eleys, Douglases & Rowlands are gone. They were all such wonderful people. Lydia’s special friend, Joy Harr, was a very special person to my parents, too.
