On April 16, 2021, Marilynn Sehnert, loving wife and mother of two children, passed away at age 89.

Marilynn was born on Sept. 7, 1931 in Elmwood, NE to Leland and Creda Hayes.  On July 19, 1953, she married Gene Sehnert and they were married for 67 years.  They raised a daughter, Jackie, and a son, Tod.

Marilynn worked at Bryan Medical Center for 30 years as a Nursing Tech and a Sterile Processing Tech.  In her younger years she had a passion for dancing.  Marilynn loved  fishing and camping.  She also loved playing cards and games with family and friends.

She is survived by her two children, daughter Jackie (Tom) Lawrence, and son Tod (Deb) Sehnert, 3 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, nieces and nephews.  Marilynn was preceeded in death by her husband, Gene Sehnert, her parents, 3 sisters & 2 brothers.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for further designation. A private celebration of Marilynn’s life will be held at a later date.
