My heart aches for you. There are no words that can help right now. When you are alone go to iTunes and pull up the song “Its quiet uptown” – from the Hamilton musical (not the Carrie Underwood version). It speaks to Hamilton losing his son. It is beautiful and may be therapeutic for you.
