We all loved to see them come in as a family in their combined commitment to fitness. Their beloved dog Lucky would often accompany them, so Peggy our program coordinator always kept a jar of treats in her office.
Paul was soft spoken, kind and committed to his family. Thanks to Deb and the families for the love and support they gave to Sandy and Paul as they progressed through their health changes.
I know your happy memories of a loving mother and father will sustain you.
