I met Wendy at least 30 years ago, and was in and out of contact during those years. I, too, played cards with the group. So very sad to hear, thoughts and prayers with all of her loved ones. I enjoyed her uniqueness.

I got to know Wendy through the monthly card parties. She was a free spirit and always made us laugh with her adventurous story telling. May you always keep her memories alive and her in your hearts.

This is very shocking to me and I’m so sorry and send my prayers to the family I’ve known Wendy for many many years I too used to play cards and listen to the many many stories that she would share I will miss making her, her hashbrowns covered in cheese and how she used to stand with me in the kitchen and catch up on things. My condolences to the family from myself and all the employees from Tina’s café we will all miss seeing her and enjoying her stories she was a great great person.

Wendy and I go back over 30 years. She was my best friend for many of those years. The Maid of Honor in my wedding in 1985. The many monthly card games we enjoyed. The laughter and tears throughout our happy moments and struggles in life. Always there with a helping hand and a good laugh. I will certainly miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family that I was also lucky enough to know and spend time with. I am so sorry.

I am so very sorry to hear of Wendy’s passing. We had lost touch over the last few years, but I always enjoyed seeing her. She always had a smile on her face and seemed to see the good in things and people around her. My sincerest condolences to all the family. God Speed, Wendy.
